(b) Resignation of Director

On June 25, 2024, Jin-Long Chen submitted his resignation as a director of Tenaya Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) and as a member of the Company’s Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee. Dr. Chen’s resignation was voluntary and did not result from any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors.
